Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before working with Rafgeline Digital (“I”, “me”, “my”, or “the business”). By booking a service, submitting a payment, or engaging in a project, you agree to the following terms:


1. Services


Rafgeline Digital provides customized web and funnel design services, including:
– Website and landing page design
– Funnel strategy and setup
– Course or membership setup
– Tech integration and support


All services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, as agreed upon in the initial proposal or service package.

2. Payment Terms


A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your project start date. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final delivery or launch.


Flexible payment plans are available and must be arranged in writing before the project begins.


3. Revisions


Each project includes a limited number of revisions, clearly outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions outside of the scope may be subject to additional charges.


4. Timeline & Scheduling

Project timelines vary depending on complexity and scope. An estimated schedule will be provided after our initial consultation. Meeting deadlines requires your cooperation in providing timely content, feedback, and approvals.


Delays in client communication or deliverables may result in rescheduling.


5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content, branding assets, access credentials, and timely feedback to keep the project on track. Delays caused by missing materials may impact delivery timelines.


6. Cancellations & Refunds


Due to the nature of my services and time commitment, cancellations after project commencement are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, partial refunds may be granted at my discretion.

7. Ownership & Rights


Upon final payment, you will own full rights to the completed designs and assets created specifically for your business. Rafgeline Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.


8. Post-Launch Support


All full-service packages include one (1) week of free post-launch email support for minor tweaks and questions. If you’d like continued support or maintenance, a separate ongoing support package is available.


9. Communication


All communication is conducted primarily through email and our designated project management tool. Discovery and project-related calls must be scheduled in advance. I aim to respond to all client messages within 1–2 business days during regular business hours.

10. Limitation of Liability


Rafgeline Digital is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising after the launch or delivery of your website or funnel. Ongoing performance, legal compliance, and platform maintenance are the responsibility of the client.
